The Board of Trustees serves the school and Diocese as an advisory Board
of Limited Jurisdiction, to advise the school administration and the Diocesan
School Board of appropriate strategies for mission, academic programs,
facilities and fundraising. The Board has Five Standing Committees: The
Executive Committee, Mission and Vision, Finance and Facilities, Development
and Nominating Committee. The Board meets regularly on the second Thursday
of the month in September, November, January, February, March, April and
June.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for the June Board of Trustees Meeting
when new officers are elected and new Board members recommended to the
Diocesan Schools Office (although nominations may be brought forward at
any meeting).
